Mr. Deepak Potdar is a qualified Industrial Engineer by profession. He started his carrier from Modistone Tyres in 1982 as a Junior Planner. He has worked on senior level positions in multi-national Organization. His last appointment was as Head Planning (Bias and OTR plants) of Apollo Tyres at Vadodara. He has been trained for Six Sigma Methodology and completed two Green Belt Projects at Apollo Tyres Vadodara Plant. He has vast experience of over 38 years in tyre industry in various roles of Planning, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering. He was part of successful team which doubled production capacity per day from start up.
He is presently Managing Director of the company. He has a proactive attitude that create a positive vibe in an ongoing business environment

Mr. Rohit Ramani is a Key Director at Strategicore Buizconsults Private Limited. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
He commenced his professional career in 2018 at Milin Parekh and Associates, where he worked as an Audit Manager.
Mr. Ramani possesses extensive knowledge of modern accounting systems, procedures, provisions of the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other statutory laws applicable in India. He is well-versed in advanced Excel tools, including formula writing and data analysis, as well as Power BI tools used for data visualization and business intelligence.
Over the years, he has successfully managed audit and consulting assignments for clients across various industries, leveraging his expertise in accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance. His strong analytical skills and attention to detail enable him to smartly prepare comprehensive reports in Excel using formulas and functions.
With a keen interest in continuous learning, Mr. Ramani aims to be part of a challenging organization that provides opportunities to enhance his knowledge and skills. His goal is to contribute effectively to the growth and success of the organization as part of an efficient team.

Neha Parekh is the dynamic and visionary Chairperson of Company. An accomplished Electronics and Communication Engineer, she holds a Bachelor's degree and a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
With a deep understanding of electrical design, manufacturing processes, heat transfer, dynamic systems, control theory, and numerical methods, she brings extensive technical expertise to her leadership role. Her proficiency in core engineering disciplines, combined with her strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills, enables her to steer the company towards excellence.
Under her guidance, the company has undertaken innovative projects, leveraging her hands-on experience in areas such as 3G Robotics, LCD displays, heating sensors, and e-notice boards using Arduino and GSM technology. Mrs. Parekh's expertise in software tools like AutoCAD, Pro-E, SolidWorks, MATLAB, and MathCad further enhances the company's capabilities in design and development.
